VINCENT FICARROTTA

VP of Franchising

Vince directs RNR franchising, from establishing territories and awarding franchises, to assisting with site selection, lease review and store layout, and so much more. He’s also a liaison for our home-office support staff, operations team and vendors. Vince first went to work in the Rent-To-Own industry for Larry Sutton in 1981 as a 19-year-old driver for Champion TV & Appliance Rentals and advanced quickly through its ranks. He served as SE Regional VP of Real Estate for Home Choice/RentWay and eventually helped Larry create the format to franchise RNR in 2003.

“Due to my start in RTO I enjoy staying close to the stores and relish interacting with customers and seeing them become ambassadors for the brand,” says Vince. He has four children ranging in ages from nine to 30-years old: Jaxon, Sara Antonia, Vincent IV, and Gina Marie. He works out regularly, competes in sprint triathlons and admits to being a Zumba enthusiast. He’s a past president of THAN, Tampa Homeowners, Association of Neighborhoods and sits on the board of his local homeowners’ association.

Ryan wears many hats, in addition to vendor relationships and training, he helps vet products and makes recommendations to franchise owners. “Larry (Sutton—RNR founder and CEO) says I have a hat rack longer than many can see,” says Ryan. “I’m typically the first point of contact for helping our franchisees find solutions to their problems.” Ryan has been with RNR since 2007. Before RNR he was with a financial organization and helped grow the company to over 200 employees helping people across the country. “I enjoy training people, explaining how things work and helping them go off and be successful on their own. It keeps me on my toes.”

Ryan and his wife, who works in accounting, have been married since 2013 and have two rescue dogs. He spends his free time shooting competitively, and enjoys fishing when he can.

As manager of the home office operations, Linda likes to serve up her tongue-in-cheek quote when asked what her job entails. Actually, and more importantly, she’s in charge of all accounting and management service functions. “I love the numbers part of my job and the atmosphere that Larry (Sutton) has created,” says Linda. She has known and worked with Larry for almost 30 years. She joined RNR in 1999 and has been with it from the ground up.

“Larry seeks out bright, hardworking people and allows them to bring their expertise to the table. I am privileged to be part of the team.” Linda lives with her two daughters and their dog, Izzy.

Jason manages all the creative and implementation of marketing strategies and programs supporting our franchisees including website design and updates. “Franchisees can order what they need for Grand Openings, a weekend special, customer appreciation promotions, and more, and if they have an idea, they can call and we’ll help them develop it,” says Jason. He’s been with RNR for 13 years and two-years ago his daughter joined the RNR marketing department helping to coordinate franchise owner orders and requests.

“The market is changing and evolving so we’re always monitoring trends and exploring opportunities. I find that challenging and stimulating.” Jason is a competitive athlete and youth coach. He plays tennis and basketball and carries a 215 bowling average. He even has three USBC sanctioned 300 perfect games and the rings to prove it.

RANDY CABRERA

Director of Integrated and Digital Marketing

“I find joy in helping our customers find the tires and wheels they’re looking for.”

About Randy

Randy is responsible for integrated marketing as well as digital and online marketing programs, both corporate branding and traffic-building for our franchise owners, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click initiatives, Grand Opening support, email campaigns, banner ads and more. Randy is an accomplished audio and video engineer. He’s the creative flair behind our TV commercials and online and in-store videos. “We provide a wide array of services and coordinate activities and events to drive customers to our stores,” says Randy. “RNR is a great company—the people, the loyalty, the opportunities—it all has to do with founder Larry Sutton and the inspiration and family culture he’s created.” Randy and his middle-school sweetheart have been married for 23 years and have seven children —six boys and one girl.

“Two years ago we adopted a teenage boy to give him a better life. The experience has been wonderful.” If there’s free time, Randy spends it with family camping, hiking and ATV riding. He’s a giver working with charities and fundraisers supporting The Children’s Cancer Foundation and the Moffitt Cancer Center.
